Thanks for this great resource.

I took a long hiatus from psychedelics after experiencing a difficult trip from shrooms. Years later a friend introduced me LSD which I liked and decided to give shrooms another try. I was in Amsterdam and picked up a dose, I think it was 2.5g of cubes. I just wanted a light experience and took maybe a little over a gram at a park. Everything was good but then it started to hit me and that difficult trip memory triggered massive anxiety. Then I started getting visuals and the tree was morphing...which I wasn't prepared for. I was just wishing it would end cause my anxiety was so bad.

It wears off and I decide maybe shrooms just are not for me and almost threw out the rest of the bag. But luckily I kept them in the subsequent days I decided to try a small dose, maybe 0.5g and it was great enhanced exploring a new place.

That led to growing mushrooms and regularly tripping. I still get anxiety but have learned to embrace it as part of the journey.

I am now growing San Pedro and hope to try Mescaline soon, which led me to this great website on hopes of doing an extract.

Right now I am trying Cielo Tek.

Hey there!

Psychedelics are interesting aren't they Smile With mostr drugs, you can just get high, without anxiety and such, and you also usually get a bunch of negative side effects. However with these, you don't destroy your body, but it is not that easy to dose too.

Have you ever thought of meditating, or incorporating other lifestyle changes that have scientific proof of reducing general anxiety, like sleep hygiene or exercise? I know it's not much, but for some, even these steps can completely eliminate it, so it's worth a try imho Very happy

Hope you like this place, there's a loooooot of info so feel free to read around and post if you wish, that'll help you get full membership faster.

There's also a nice chat button on the upper left corner of the forums, the Welcome Area can be quite sometimes and ppl afk, but if you leave the tab open, you can meet some cool folk and have some really good conversations going!

Cheers!
A second chance? Huh... I thought I was on my fifth.
