I had signed up to their email list for shots and giggles earlier. They recently sent out a survey, and I wentered through it. For some reason I had a sneaking suspicion that they would ask for net salary somewhere in there and sure enough on the last or second last question.

They also were asking a lot of questions about what are you looking to achieve through ceremonies and what areally your fears, probelms expectations. I could have wrote the next email that came myself before reading it. They had read the surveys and realized that everyone is on the same wavelength as Trinity and it's not about the medicine but about the community. The medicine is not the only thing that can heal and Trinity is going to let us know what we can do to help. I'm sure they are going to start rolling out retreat invitations that no longer include Aya, working with spiritual gurus and diet/fasting retreats.

It seems they are realizing that they are not legal and looking to phase into something they can do legally. My guess anyway. Why not, the have already lots of people that have bought into their sales pitch from the comments in read on their YouTube videos.

ehud he beat you to it. Dudes a marketing genius, what do you expect? It seems that right before they ceased ceremonies, Trinity opened up another email list to invite people to just that sort of thing. (Sarcasm alert!) Because he is so well prepared and qualified from years of training and wisdom, in addition to being a stellar example of human benevolence and compassion that he's just sort of individual who can be trusted to guide the miserable masses into the light.

Either that, or he's thinking up another way to "distribute the medicine", now that he finds himself stuck with A bunch of it and unable to perform ceremonies- for a profit.

His tactics are slimy and disgusting, and unfortunately have been at least several people's introduction to this entire world. Judging from the marketing rhetoric in the promo materials as well as comments made by people who initially were very excited by the whole concept and even went to partake, it seems that by and large the people who have answered his calls are almost by definition fairly well ignorant of the entire community, and it seems to entheos or psychedelics themselves. There is a shift latitudes in the changing paradigm around these things, and there are many curious seekers, unfortunately it's probably only the first or the first well known example of predatory practice outside shady jungle operations.

I've actually read comments by people asking where else they can spend one or $2000 to attend ceremony within the US borders. With a little bit of research these people can just figure out how to buy a plane ticket to Oregon and avail themselves of ACTUAL legal churches, if they are that into syncretism. When all this shakes out and is said and done hopefully the learning opportunity will outweigh any damage.
