Just act stupid/ don't take yourself seriously. Tell her you're a loser who will spend the rest of his days alone beating his penis up badly if he doesn't get his act together. David DeAngelo is on Youtube. Check. it. out. Be interested; ask questions. Listen for keywords and modes of thinking (are they visual, auditory, sensory) and tailor further questions to that mode and using those keywords that she puts emphasis on. Mirror them physically to gain rapport, synchronize breathing etc. This all makes communication more fluid. Have fun finding out if she's got what it takes to win you; "The Prize". I have about the same problems. I try to become acquainted to talking to hot girls and the game I invented for this is that every once in a while I force myself to talk to a totally unknown girl right away. I think it's all just getting the attitude that it's a normal thing.

there is a good book by susan jeffers called "feel the fear, but go for it anyway!". It says that there are no mistakes, just learning experiences. This means if you " go for it", then you CANNOT possibly lose, regardless of outcome. ..>>>IT'S GOOD TO MAKE MISTAKES, cos them "mistakes" ( ), are what you learn from better than any book/ friend/ introspection/etc!!.... there's no better teacher than real life action and the DIRECT FELT EXPERIENCE!!!...woooooooo!!!!
