Ok, I'm a new user and I know this thread is a little dated, but swim just tried DMT last first time. It was so profound that he'd like to share some details and concerns-Here is swim:

"Ok so I got some DMT last week and tried it one night 4 times. It was so unbelievably amazing what I was shown that the universe makes total sense to me now. The first 3 times was great but the fourth time was different. It was scary. Not scary as in bad monsters and crap, but it taught me something that really scared the living shit out of me. There's a common experience travelers have that includes eyes and reptiles. Up until this 4th trip, I never saw any reptiles nor eyes. During my first 3 trips, I was shown another place and a female presence that I can only describe as a mother. She showed me knowledge that I brought back with me and is very personal to me. Lots of answers. The fourth time, however, she showed me the eyes...I was told that there is a VERY evil presence on this planet that knows about DMT and its powers and that they closely monitor anyone who tried DMT. It was so real to me what was shown to me and it makes so much sense. This was the whole eye thing that I kept seeing. Then I started to get paranoid that I am being watched. Like CIA or something. I know it sounds nuts guys, but it told me to be cautious because I am being watched and that this was something VERY big. Not like getting busted with pot or pills or something, but something way fucking bigger. I kept this to myself until now. But check this out. I have been very observant of my environment since then and I am fucking being followed! It sucks because I know the more I try to tell people about this the crazier I sound and who would I ever convince I'm telling the truth when they can just say I'm doing drugs or something and that I'm just nuts. I'm telling you guys, this DMT stuff is something very big. During the fourth trip I saw lots of reptiles. It was very dark. This is something strange because I did all these trips back to back. You guys ever wonder where the eyes come from during the trip? What does it mean? Why do we use the all seeing eye on the dollar? Why the reptiles? Wasn't a serpent the symbol for evil in the bible? What about the female presence in experiences? People seem to share a very common experience with DMT in which either "eyes" "reptiles" "women" "beings" "another world" are all part of it. The women was a motherly presence for me. I taught me that there is a reason we call it "mother nature." I've always love reptiles until this experience. Why the fuck did I see reptiles during a bad trip? I've been terrified to try this stuff since. Up until the 4th time, I couldn't imagine how people can't say this stuff can't be abused. I know that sounds arrogant of me. But I am fully convinced that DMT is a huge secret element that our government purposely hides from us. They hold a key to something and I don't believe for a second that the government didn't obtain anything useful from DMT. I know this sounds crazy, but I believe that DMT was trying to tell me there is some kind of reptile race on earth or something. It just makes so much sense. There are very powerful forces at work here and I'm really starting to open my eyes. But the visions that DMT has shown me scared me so bad to further explore it for the reason that I don't want to be getting visits from CIA agents or MIB...And I have never been more serious about anything in my entire life.."

So that was swims rant. I would like to say that this was not my experience and just someone I know. I have never touched this stuff and I personally think he's just paranoid.

I feel sorry for the military test subjects. No way I would want to go to hyperspace with government scientist goons.

Yes I think they should.

But they still won't legalize or research it no matter how safe, spiritual, life changing or astonishing it is because it isn't a drug they are interested in.

Global governments are only interested in drugs that aid production or generates revenue. Caffine, tobacco, alchohol and food additives like MSG fit inside the political agenda.

DMT and other psychedelics is so alienated from modern culture that mentioning it is becomes a taboo subject.

I would be really really surprised if there were not projects within the military trying to do things like that. It's called MK-Ultra..I highly doubt that whole thing just went away. That would not make sense from a military-intelligence point of view.

It's rational for me if they use DMT and some other substances(like Ketamine) on prisoners or people in psychiatry clinics for torture or experiment.On the other hand I haven't got any fear or paranoia about man in blacks or others.I don't believe these kinds of things but if they real,I guess they got more prior things to do than watching me or you.I don't think I am Neo or Morpheus,conversely I just felt myself so unimportant after DMT.
