31 and still feeling really rather young, shame most people I know seem to be in the process of growing up and becoming all sensible! I did a few years of being sensible and focussing on work. After some serious upheaval in my life a couple of years ago I’m trying to get a few missed years of chaos back Smile

Very surprised to find out how young many of us are here, I thought a lot of you were a fair bit older.

Thanks Antrocles Cool lol

Sometimes i wish i never had grown up.Now i'm teetering on the big 40 !! My creakin bones makes me feel closer to retirement !

And to think i've only been expanding my mind over the past 2 years...why didn't i start earlier ?? Shocked

But Whats most unnerving for me is the fact that all these youngsters here could no doubt teach me a thing or two !! lol

My first dose was @ 10 yrs old with a cuz who took me to a doors concert in SF '68. Ate california bufo juice @ 5-6 though. picked my first shrooms @ 12 then lived a summer with my friends Huichol grandad at 15 and was initiated into the NAC and the peyote way. Have been on a fairly clear path since that particular experience and have found my true ally in Achuma and have been walking the path of Curandisimo since 1980.I believe in the powers that lie in the energies of plant allies and work toward making the preparation of said a modern, yet still holy and wholy to the plant.
I am not very social but I am VERY tribal and am far better with individuals thaan with groups.I lead several ceremonies each yr including a more authentic version of the "Long Dance" brought to America by Miguel Kavlin( Who I no longer will work with due to his sexual appetite for Aya dreaming women)of Sacha Runa.It is my belief that entering ceremony and asserting intent while using a power ally plant are the way most societies(healthy ones) retain cohesion and community. To that I have spent much of my life and education (besides an ancient masters in O chem)It is my hope that, while I have things to teach, that I can learn to accent the allies w/o losing their spirit

I'm in my mid 40's. I probably look about that. I've only been using psychedelics for 10 years, and intermittently at that. My first experience was LSA back in 1999.

I will say, the following however. I first did mushrooms in 2006. I found that they helped me resolve a lot of issues regarding things in my life. When I visited my hometown the next year in 2007 (which I do every year or so to get together with my father and old friends), I ran into a neighbor I had known since I was in high school. She looked at me and said "You look great! How do you do it? Did you lose weight? Are you dieting?" I explained that no, I was the same weight as the last time I had seen her. She said "Well, something about you looks younger. You look great!" I told her things were going well for me but that's all I said.

I'm 45, and have been connected since my first voyage on psilocbe semilanceatta when I was 15. Growing up in the Pacific NorthWest. . . . . . It just seemed like the way things were meant to be.

Allot has changed since then and yet so many things are still the same. Still pick allot of shrooms, more than I eat. DMT is the pilot now days.

Some golden oldies around here! Very happy I'm 20 been doing drugs (stimulants at first) at 15 and moved to prefer psychedelics (still do stimulants) at about 17.

I still have so much to learn Very happy

I'm 19 and I look like it...i admire all of you who have been here longer than me...it's so interesting to know that some have already died some have to die in the near future some are born some are in the middle and the Earth is in an eternal NOW...this place is truly the most unique,I like to call it the kingdom of time,it's an illusion worth believing because it is an inspiration for the artist deep inside, they are born, they live, they write about it or draw or whatever, they die and their art lives on in eternity, truly amazing...
Prison (by maymay)

The eyes are closed,
Darkness unfolds,
The heart is slow,
within something grows
Between the beats
Reality slips...

‘’-It’s only a dream,it’s only a dream!’’,
You wake up and scream.
You go back to sleep...
Everything’s still.

As the night dies with the break of the light
Your spirit comes back to the kingdom of time.
