Okay, here is what I would do.

Go ahead and filter off the vegetable oil. Save all the bark/base mixture. Get hold of some isopropryl (rubbing) alcohol (higher percentage the better). Soak the bark in a minimal amount of the alcohol, filter the bark away from the alcohol, pull it once or twice moar with the alcohol filtering again each time. Combine all the alcohol pulls and evaporate them near an open window under a fan overnight.

In the morning you should have a nice resin of freebase alkaloid goop which you can proceed to process multiple ways from there. I would go ahead and finish it up using this tek . You'd be starting from step 4 "- Redissolved reddish/brownish wax in warm white vinegar, filter it.". Just follow the rest of that tek and you should be able to obtain a freebase of smokable quality in the end.

Oh boy man. I have no idea what you do to that bark.

Start at step 0 again. Throw all you got into a pot submerse in water.
Add a dash of lemon or lime juice and or vinegar.
Heat till the water is warm (no boil no simmer).
Pour out the water through a filter into a bigger pot.
Repeat 2 times.
Add the base sodium carbonate till no more dissolves. Then add ammonia to it.
Then add oil or better lighter fuel (zippo lighter fuel).
Remove the oil or naptha and put it ontop of 0.5l of water with white distilled vinegar.
Then you can evap. Now this goo needs to be dissolved into ammonia.
Then you can evap the ammonia and you will have freebase DMT.

Also im not sure i can tell from that image but it also looks like the sodium carbonate is dissolving your pot and thats turning it really black.

You should really look into using glass bottles and instead heat them inside of a pot using warm water.
