I cannot recommend Pendell's trilogy highly enough.
It covers everything from tea to ketamine, with lots of unexpected surprises along the way. It's practical, inspiring, esoteric, good-humored and beautifully illustrated. Try and get the hardcover if you can run to it, you'll be glad you did.

Smile That surely sounds very interesting, thank you! Thumbs up

NGC_2264, I am very sorry you are having the experience that you are. I can relate as, at one point in my life, I spent several years in varying degrees of psychotic state. Much of what I experienced was rather analogous to what you report here.

One of the main vehicles of escape from this torment, was to view my physical brain and the pathways therein, as the only experiential interface I have, regardless of what or where I believed consciousness to be. Avoid the pathways that link to these interactions and it's possible to avoid the interactions. Simply put, don't respond or react to, or even think about any of these stimuli.

It took considerable time and practice and perhaps, some other new behaviors as a catalyst. I focused heavily on my bodily health and the quieting of my mind. Toward the end of this period I also enlisted the assistance a traditional shaman.

While much of what I encountered still feels very real to me after all these years, I can easily remain comfortably detached from the memories and fend off anything I feel I need to.

Strength and focus to you, NGC_2264

You're welcome, Intezam.

The thing that sets him apart from other writers, for me at least, is that he writes in 4D: one paragraph can go from poetry snippet, to hard science, to mythology, to personal experience. Once you get into it, which doesn't take long, you wonder why more people don't adopt this technique. But maybe he's just really, really clever?

I don't think it matters what order you read the books in, it's not LOTR. The Nexiest stuff is in Vol. 3 "Pharmako/Gnosis" which most people (myself included) seem to start with and then work back from, but it's all wonderful. I have a feeling these books will be sought-after once they're no longer readily available.

Returning to NGC_2264 and his "final" post, and comments over there: one word stands out, ego.

It's him, his battles, his opinions, his theories, his doom, his warnings. Obviously any trip-report is written from the perspective of self, but he doesn't seem too big on dialectics. I think he should have reached out sooner. Ego alone could account for at least some of his ordeals, I think.
“I sometimes marvel at how far I’ve come - blissful, even, in the knowledge that I am slowly becoming a well-evolved human being - only to have the illusion shattered by an episode of bad behaviour that contradicts the new and reinforces the old. At these junctures of self-reflection, I ask the question: “are all my years of hard work unraveling before my eyes, or am I just having an episode?” For the sake of personal growth and the pursuit of equanimity, I choose the latter and accept that, on this journey of evolution, I may not encounter just one bad day, but a group of many.”

Very intense and very interesting!

I believe there are negative entities out there just like there are positive entities out there. When we take these substances we open ourselves up to something more. I feel that we need to be strong in our spirit and not be distracted our pulled off path when we are in those other realms.

There's so much to it, but in the end we need to remain grounded and understand that there is always a balance. Good and evil reside in all of us. It's a balance, when you trip and look in the mirror you will see it if you choose to acknowledge it. The key is to not fear it because it is you and you are in control of that balance.

I guess that's a little out there, but that's been my experience so far. I found that evil in my first LSD trip and it took a few trips to the mirror to face it and come to grips with it. Once I did that, there was a complete shift in the room and a weight lifted off of me.

Great post!

*mods, please move this also to the original post, where I #hint hint# am not allowed to post yet, he really needs some love and compassion NOW*

Hi all,

seems like more and more people are getting the wake-up-call. At first, these "revelations" are really frightening. I don't want to go into the details, in my first aya experience "they" revealed similar knowledge to me. At first I was in shock, but now, with three weeks time to think and work, it lost its sharpness.

It will be the same for you. You have been blessed. Yes, you may feel aweful but you received the biggest gift of your entire life. And it needs constant work from here on to reveal the beauty of it.

We all are chosen for this experience at one point in our life and its shocking nature is the fundament for a transformation within ourselves. There are people, who did it before you and succeded. This is 50% of the way already, knowing that it is possible to overcome them.

You know their names, and one of them has birthday today. Jesus in the desert and the Buddha inder the Bodhi Tree are two of them. They learned, to love their enemy, to have compassion for a world and realms that are based on suffering. Rejoice, those entities chose you, because in their essence they are afraid of you, because you have one power they may not be able to train in their present form: Compassion with ALL beings, who all suffer in one way or the other.

This war monging entity for example: It feeds from the pain and suffering of all the people that suffer during war-time. But, it can never be satisfied. It is addicted to a source of energy, that can never satisfy it. Try to feel how it suffers, and what a torment it must be for it. It just wants to be happy, but it gets more and more pain.

And they lie to you and, as you already found out, weave you into illusions to stop you from developing compassion with them, so they can live from your suffering endlessly and suffer endlessly.

Know all things to be like this:

A mirage, a cloud castle,
A dream, an apparition,
Without essence, but with qualities
that can be seen.

Know all things to be like this:
As the moon in a bright sky
In some clear lake reflected,
Though to that lake
the moon has never moved.

Know all things to be like this:
As an echo that derives
From music, sounds, and weeping,
Yet in that echo is no melody.

Know all things to be like this:
As a magician makes illusions
Of horses, oxen, carts and other things,
Nothing is as it appears.
Samadhi Raja Sutra

There is help and advice: the bible, buddha's teachings, the kabbala and more. The latter has a very appealing idea about how the universe looked, before the big bang. There was only the pure light of the creator and a vessel. The vessel could contain all the light, but it was unable to distribute it. So the light left the vessel, but the vessel knew it needed the white light more than anything. But it could only be a perfect creation, when it had the ability to contain an infinite amount of it and, at the same time, give an infinite amount of it. And, as the creator wanted this vessel, us, to be perfect, together decided to do the only thing, that could bring the vessel to perfection. It exploded, and got separated from the perfect white light, to form the universe and everything we know.

The task of each of us is now, to overcome, what all these entities and all humans are suffering from: Our addiction to our own, egotistic illusions. Whenever we just want something for ourself, we part farther from the light. Whenever we do something selfless, we get closer to the light. Now, the closer you get to the light, the harder your tasks will become. But the harder it gets and the more you have to suffer, the more beautiful it will be, when you finished your transformation.

And through your experience you got your butt kicked to finally understand, where your way shall lead you. To perfection, to the reunion with the creator and the collective task, all humans have to fulfill once in one of their lifetimes: Become like Jesus Christ, the Buddha or something similar. Then you have fulfilled your part and you will wait, till all human beings got the message and acted accordingly. And then we all will live in paradise again.

Quite an ardous task, hmmm? It reminds me a bit of frodo, when elrond reveals his path to the Orodruin, to destroy the ring. At first, he lost all hope, but then, step after step, he fulfilled his duty. Friends may help you on your journey, but they can not carry you all the way. The only one, that will be ALWAYS there for you, with INFINITE love and care is the creator. Find your personal connection with him and, this is something that really has to come from your heart, ask HIM/HER/IT for help.

Be truthful that you can not end the journey without HHI and put your faith into HHI:

May all living beings be equanimous, free from attachment, anger and prejudice.
May all living beings be happy and have the causes for future happiness.
May all living beings be free from suffering and the causes for suffering.
May they never be separate from the ultimate happiness, free from all suffering.
