I've often felt like I was moving around or twitching but I was actually very still, so said a friend tht was watching over me. I've also felt the bed shaking and it got more intense as I focused on the ceiling and allowed the visual vibrations increase in intensity.

I seem to recall Shuglin talking about this effect in TIHKAL. I'm trying to find my copy to look up the definition. I experienced this once while experimenting with MDA. Sitting on the couch and my right arm just started flopping on its own for a few seconds. If the effect has been defined it can't be all that uncommon.

I signed in looking for a thread just like this. I've experienced twitching multiple times on ayahuasca and spice. I’ve done 13 ceremonies, and most recently I tried some very old and impressively thick cielo vine. It was so beautifully resinous and definitely brought a heavy smack-down to my MAO. I got an annoying twitch in my pectoral muscle that lasted a long time… more irritating than anything.

During my strongest ayahuasca ceremony which I ingested 30g cielo vine and 20g black vine brewed THP method along with 15g chaliponga also THP’d, I developed crazy tremors in my hamstrings specifically. Actually buzzing like shaking that only went away when my wife was massaging my legs through this hugely intense aya experience.

During my first spice breakthrough, which is described here, I had massively uncomfortable tremors and shakes when exiting hyperspace… strong tensing in muscles that left me sore for days. The actual twitching though for me, seems to be accompanied with my MAO being blocked… guess I gotsta eat more bananas when I’m not on an aya-cleanse!! … I think bananas? Razz

i know in qui gong part of the point of one standing posture, with your knees bent, is to initiate slight shaking in the legs. this, i've heard said, is chi rising up the leg and hitting blocks and clearing them. i've also tried TRE, which is trauma releaese exercises, that are desgned to get your legs to shake rhythmically of their own accord. black caapi vine is known to be particularly prone to producing energy shakes. one arm could be a different thing but it could be one of your meridians trying to iron out a few flaws.
