i love kratom - never had the feeling to do it too often tho. anyone try m.parvifolia - swim has seeds, heard it was sold as mellow gold a while back. false kratom. antrocles wrote:...purity of intent....purity of execution....purity of experience...

antrocles, did you order from speciosa? I noticed they have "Stem & Vein Tincture" AND a "Full Spectrum Alkaloid Tincture". Is one supposed to be superior to the other?
full spectrum would be 'superior'. the stem and vein have a more sedating(and posibly less euphoric?) effect. i thin kthey may contain the more sedating compounds, and possibly more nausiating aswell. i have never tried it. SoCal wrote:SWIM tried his Kratom the last two nights. It made him feel great, but made him completely exhausted the last two days to the point that it was very difficult getting work done (or even getting out of bed for that matter). He will not be doing kratom on work nights ever again. As a matter of fact, he's not sure if it's worth ever doing because it sucks so much energy out of him. their are more energizing strains of kratom. bali is one of the most sedating. and as for sources... z-eclictic four winds medicinals nomad botanicals speciosa are all good vendors. oh yes and we cant forget loveleaf ofcourse(coatl) lmao

Be wary of its addictive potential. Use it infrequently. There are 'kratom junkies' out there who have fallen in the habit of using it too often and have found themselves completely dependent. Everything I write is fictional roleplay. Obviously! SWIM just received some of the full-spectrum kratom tincture from speciosa and he's going to stay home and try it tonight. He'll be sure not to start off with 12 drops, but rather start slow and see how it goes. edited to note that SWIM has taken about 14 drops of this tincture over the past hour and really doesn't feel much. The basic Bali superfine powder actually seemed to have a much greater effect. How many drops of the tincture does one usually take? SWIM mixed it with some warm water and drank it down. Does it have to sit in hot water for awhile or something...

SoCal - I'm with you on this. I started with 6 drops and got nothing, then I moved up to 12 and really didn't get much either. I think opiate tolerance can have a lot to do with it. I also think that your body may take some time to recognize it. After a couple of days of trying, I would start to get some mild effects from 12 drops, but nothing I would consider strong or "complete bliss". What I do now for best effect is to squirt a dropper full between my cheek and gum, and let it absorb sublingually. I read a post on another site that said NOT to use the FST by itself because it requires some of the other alkaloids from the plant to really be effective. Today I used some Ultra Enhanced Indo powdered leaf, and added 11 drops of the tincture into a .6g tea of the UEI. I feel quite pleasant and moderately euphoric. I think the FST would probably go quite well with straight Bali powder. I've never tried the Bali, but this will probably be my next experience. If you try this combo first, please let me know how it goes. I feel for ya man. Getting a dud is always a downer... Good luck! -idt I am not a drug addict seeking escape from reality.
