Damn, all this tonal/nagual talk is still weirding me out. It's so vague and can't be looked up elsewhere... That's what I really dislike about Castaneda's books. They aren't practical.

I've found them to be extremely practical. But it must be understood in it's entirety, as a complete system of knowledge. Maybe it's just not the path for you.Smile

Has somebody a good meditation routine for SP? All I do is depriving me of all outer stimuli and say "AUM" a lot. Doesn't work that much for me, but at least I'm practising. In two days I'll have an appointment with a floating tank center, curiously looking forward to that.

Sensory deprivation is a great tool for entering Sleep Paralysis, lucid dreams and out-of-body experiences.Thumbs up

As far as Ibuprofen vs Tulsi, I do not really know enough to comment. They are similar in some respects so I was thinking that if you could try it with that and see if it happens then we might be able to pin down enhanced dream recall as an effect of anti-inflammatories.

I ordered 60g of organic Tulsi tea to investigate this further. Will give you and the forum a report.

A path is only a path, and if one doesn't serves you well just go another? Smile Haha, I don't know the exact phrase but sometimes the books are wise and understandable, sometimes they are weird and absurd. I choose to be a don Juan agnostic.

I think this really comes in handy. I was in the tank yesterday and it was a nice experience. I'm still high after 18h and my dreams became very vivid afterwards. I entered SP for a brief moment, but lost it, because the intentional inducing still feels unnatural.

All these books, herbs, tech, teaching for having lucid dreams. haha, just take a normal short nap and youll be there, that simple. write down what you remember, after awhile the mind knows how the save the memory and it becomes second nature and you become aware of thoughts speeding up, turning into concepts, images, becoming a observer in the dream that will realise its all you doing it. Like making suggestions to a computer
