i like his stand up too, don't get me wrong.
but i have more than one person come up to me asking about DMT after hearing a joe rogan podcast, and they were totally misinformed (both about the molecule itself and the experience) and ended up not wanting to try it after i had a long open discussion with them.
i feel he is bringing unnecessary attention, and attracting people who may not necessarily be ready for it.
the misinformation isn't a plus, but he doesn't seem to do it as much (not that i pay even remotely close attention) and its not much worse than what you will see in other corners of the web.
its just, i see /b/tards and the like who have clearly never tried DMT recommending DMT to people who have no business (emotional trauma or what have you) trying DMT. i see no good that can come of it (in all fairness my vision is not a good indicator).
the recent crackdown on MHRB has me especially worried, and i am sure it is due at least in part to some of the massive attention gathered by rogan.
but yea, he is an alright comedian (even though his jokes about history[egypt particularly] are also terribly misinformed), and probably a cool guy (though in all honestly he does seem like he could be a bit of an asshole - which most MMA guys can be)
