Tramadol is an interesting compound, especially its major metabolite (+)-O-Desmethyltramadol. It is really useful to taper off short and long acting opioids with this medication. If you develop a month long hydrocodone habit....in excess of ~50mg per day....switching to tramadol for a week and doing a short taper can really help.
I actually had some very interesting CEVs on ~15mg of DMT crystals w/ the GVG combined with tramadol (100mg). I was also on 30mg of morphine sulphate. I wasn't trying to get that high with the opioids btw...I just seriously hurt myself about a month ago and pinched a nerve. Nothing permanent but it hurt really bad.

I've only had negative experiences with Tramadol and wouldn't dream of mixing with dmt. Each time I used tramadol I either felt a large amount of nausea, trouble sleeping and one occasion I developed a horrible looking rash on my thigh which I can only attribute to the tramadol. I'm not sure if I have some kind of allergy to it but yeah for me the negatives outweigh the positive effects of this drug. That was when I was younger and dabbling with pharms for recreational use though. I no longer mess with those things. Everything I write is pure fiction.

Geebus...I would err on the side of caution with this combo, but I think problems are dosage dependent. I'm not sure if tramadol is more of a serotonin releasing agent or a reuptake inhibitor because DeltaSpice combined with changa. Tramadol is just a weird drug in general but it doesn't seem to cause problems for me but I am a real pussycat when it comes to DMT when I combine with other serotonergics. Phenibut and noopept are good combos for DMT btw and I consider them safe.
The best DMT trip I ever had was one summer on top of a high rise parking structure on university of chicago's campus...I was on vyvanse and I was on Suboxone at the time. The euphoria, visions, and alien contact can't be put into words. The Chicago skyline came to life in such a magical way. It was pure bliss and I felt so safe and at peace and the CEVs allowed me to communicate with a holy diety telepathically.
I've had some great trips but that one was outrageous. Then I had a horrible trip one day and my life changed. I feel like Schrödinger's cat now and feel like I died and experienced some form of quantum immortality. I continue on in a different parallel reality. Ever since that bad trip...my mom died and other bad things keep happening to me. I don't know what to believe anymore.

An odd practice in itself!
