About Sleep Paralysis:
According to Robert Monroe SP goes along with tingling sensations, vibrations, "ants crawling over the body",... It does not feel comfortable; to break the SP, one will need a lot of willpower. But then all efforts to induce whatever non fysical state were for nothing.
SP is a transitory state. While still being conscious and feeling a fysical body attached to the mind, one does not want to leave it behind. It is scary to leave the body.
Once we can start to feel comfortable during this process and just go with it while staying conscious enough to have control, then the dreambody can go along being conscious furthering explorations.
Personaly I hate SP and never gained control over it, because it never felt right.
Other times I just took off without having the discomfort of SP, but then I was not too conscious and soon after I lost control and woke up the next morning without remembering what happened after I was drifting out of my body.
The use of Galantamine is the strongest IMO to induce such states consciously.
It is however important to sleep a few hours before starting a session. It helps to change the sleep cycle a bit. Most people sleep 6 to 8 hours in one go.
We could sleep little blocks and therefor remember our dreams a lot better. Taking a daynap helps. Dreaming an extra session in the morning helps. Taking some Choline helps remembering better too.
I would like to know all there is of Calea. I have two indoor plants of my own that can supply me all the time. I started with one little cutting one year ago.
If someone is a true Clea lover, you know where to find me.
Your advice regarding is highly appreciated.
