Yes, I agree, and I didn't refer to cutting out sugar out of the diet.

Some one from Vancouver recommending fruits over sugar, haha.

I appreciate the advice and concerns but like i said these experiments are in their infancy, 3 days on this compared to 3 months on caffeine and 3 years on substances as a whole.

The reason for dextrose is because it is easy to measure and control and I will more than likely move away from it as soon as I know the effects for sure.
