cannabis does this more than other psychedelics IMO..

It might be good to find a good transpersonal psychotherapist who is knowledgable of psychedelics and has worked with them before to work through this. That is what I would do if I ever felt that sort of anxiety again. I once went insane for like 10 days after drinking ayahuasca with chaliponga. I dunno why, it was one of my first ayahuasca experiences and I swear I tripped for like 7 days on and off after that experience. I dont even know how that is possible but it happened. Finally I said fuck it and gave in and let it all happen and it sort of worked itself out.

I have had horrible anxiet from cannabis in the past though and had to quit fully for extended periods of time.
Long live the unwoke.

Thanks again for the support everyone.

I too find cannabis to be the most paranoia inducing (or activating) stuff I encountered

I don't know why I feel so compelled to fix her issues. I guess it is normal for me to want to help? Maybe even in line with the healer/shamanic path I'm apparently on.

..Or I'm just really fucked up after 3 years with a social phobic girl and then 1 year in the terror of a living with a borderline personality girl Sad

I haven't suggested anything for her really, just asked a lot of questions around the symptoms and what she already tried. I find my mind occupied with figuring out a solution to her problems quite often. Maybe I am inclined to codependency and maybe I should just leave. She is GREAT but to be honest I don't think it will be forever..

I think I will try to motivate her to do another run at the shrinks.

To conclude.. I decided I had to break up Sad I hope we will stay friends and that I can be there for her from a more detached position.

Blue Lotus tea might work a little magic... very relaxing. Me and my girlfriend usually tea up about 20grams and i take a little more then her due to size difference. Me being 165 lbs. and her being around 105 lbs. and i usually put a gram aside for us to share in the bong.

Nothing like the pleasant smell of blue lotus smoke..... and the taste........
