3 hits is definetely possible, but one hit has always worked better in my experience. I've found with the GVG the slower you inhale, the better. 30-40mg is possible with one looonng sloooww hit. At about 2/3 full inhalation is about when the room starts disintegrating, and the breath need not be held for very long indeed until blastoff occurs.
