Hey man. I had a heart problem about a year and a half ago. I went to the doctors just for a check-up and i had a slight pain in the lower part of my chest. I ended up staying for 5 days. Not because i was in serious trouble or anything, just because the doctors wanted to make sure i was fine. I had a bit of extra lubricant (which separates the heart from the outer "shell" ) and it caused my heart rate to increase.
I am telling you this because if you really had a problem with your heart, you would know about it. Some important signs to know if you might be having heart problems are that your ankles might swell, jaw ache, pain down arms, shoulder or neck ache, and any tightness in the chest. I know there are others, but these were the ones my doctors told me to look out for.
I am not a doctor and am only sharing the info i got from when i had my problem, which the docs never fully understood how it happened. I had every blood test done under the sun and they couldn't figure it out.
I don't have any problems with my heart and spice... yet (knock on wood) but i made sure i was healthy before partaking in any drugs after my incident. Take care and stay safe
