SWIM hates scraping up crystals and wondered if she could re-x in a weighed container, find the weight difference and then add the appropriate amount of leaf with some IPA or acetone. Any problems doing this in a shallow container (stirring might be an issue)? Thanks!

As long as it's a weight container that isn't going to melt in contact with a solvent, that sounds like a great idea.

If I ever lose anything due to re-xing in a stupid choice of container I wash the excess out with acetone.

It's a nice experience with caapi vine. Very different to sublingual harmalas or sublingual caapi extract. I think it's the caapi dosage that matters. Enough of it and it's definitive more smooth and loving right from the start. It doesn't feel like an intrusion; the transition is soft, gentle and slow. Dose was too low, only 40-50mg. Some of it was burnt at the end. Be careful with Changa in the vaporgenie..you can burn your spice.

On the purge, I used to get this alot when I first started with changa, but I haven't gotten this in ages. These days I always have a small bowl/bucket on hand just incase.

Are you maybe pulling to hard, or too much heat through the VG? Also did you infuse the vine or just use it as a base layer?

Well, it did not feel that bad. It was more like "It needs to get out so I can feel better", not "real" nausea in the sense ob beeing sick. I guess that's tolerable. First a small bowl of caapi extract (made with IPA) was smoked (from a failed bufo extraction, so trace amounts of bufo might have been there but no indications, no constriction). This left a strong IPA taste behind. Felt very unhealthy. So the it was decided to lie down with the VG and some spice quickly melted on some unenhanced vine. At this point, a glowing feel was already present.

The following mild experience can only be described as a slow drift into a world made of full body massage and well known patterns and places. It was also a bit longer than usually.

Oh and it is somewhat hard for the Spice taster to gauge the amount of heat needed while under the growing influence. At some point, it's better to stop the flame and to just draw.
