If I can remember correctly, I did read a tek slightly similar to what I'm dwelling on before. But can't remember the gas.
basically I wanna know what you all think about the possibility of"smoking" or "dropping" deems out of your pulled solvent. Basically you would make a smoke with certaoin chemicals and it would be shot into your nps just under the surface. Turning them into solid and then filtering. I'm not getting into the terminology here but surely a few of you know what I'm talking about. Is this even plausible.

The getting deem to "drop" out of solution-process you describe, sounds like precipitation.
The simplest and most commonly used method of getting deem crystals to precipitate out of
a solution is called "freeze-precipitation" and is really simple to perform.


You take your NPS with deem dissolved in it and just store it in the freezer overnight.
Next day you will find deem crystals floating in the NPS and encrusted on the sides and
the bottom of the glass/pyrex container you left it in. You can filter out the floating
crystals with cotton or a coffee filter. What crystals have become encrusted on the glass
container can be scrapped off. Then you air-dry the yielded deem crystals to evaporate
any NPS that is left in it.

Thanks for the reply. I'm aware of how its all done. I'm just curious as to whether or not it can be done this way. Only way to find out is to give it a try I suppose. This is similar to how meff is gased out, sadly, but is meff even considered an alkaloid .

I've was looking at potential solvent pairs to see if I could find one to precipitate DMT via vapor diffusion. Or maybe you mean sublimation?

Read up on FASA. It's not a gas but the result is exactly what you're looking for. Gasing with HCl wont work because DMT HCl does not solidify, it's hygroscopic.

Definitely don't take it personally. We are just trying to maintain a community that promotes a respectful mature attitude towards these substances.

Way too often, we get to read about or see people acting very immaturely regarding psychedelics, in a kind of college/frat style " yo bro gimme some of that deems", taking it in bad set and settings, filming themselves on youtube, screwing with each other while under the influence, sometimes leading to very negative experiences or worse, extracting in dorms, etc. This is a problem not only for the people involved, but it ends up giving psychedelics a bad name and attracts more attention from law enforcement. Not saying that is you, Im sure you are a respectful guy (or girl?), but you must understand that words are often associated with certain attitudes or social circles, and we want to transform that attitude. It's actually a part of our Attitude guidelines which we ask all members to read and adhere to.

I completely understand. I hold a large respect for this community and the knowledge that we share here. The slang word has just been thrown around a bit where I'm from, Sometimes it slips outta me, but im going to erase it from myself now, the last thing I want is to give a false impression of myself or those around me. the moderators here have had there work cut out for them,, they have done a great job, and in order for us to thrive, there are many things they must account for. My hats off to them.

I wouldn't dwell on it, this place has a bit of a learning curb to it. This forum is a little u unique, and folks can come off a bit harsh. But I'm learning that that is because they are very careful to maintain this balance we call the nexus.
