Once they adjust, they will get to have a much bigger pot. Very happy

What is the hottest/coldest temp they can grow well in?

The have a frost tolerance: 20°F (-7°C)and minimum average temperature needs to be 50°F (10°C)
As for the hottest temperature, I'm not sure.

Why?

Can you tell us what it is? Im trying to get a cacti garden going over the next couple years and I dont want to end up with lots of clones that are useless to us.

They are the best ones to graft peyotes on imo, they give them so much strength and make them grow so fast Smile
