Right after you get up... -Do you head right to the shower? -Exercise first? -Eat a big breakfast right away? -Smoke some Spice? -Micro-dose entheogens? -"Wake 'n Bake" some good cannabis? -Or do you start off the day with yoga/Qigong/Tai Chi? -Is Meditation the first priority? I'm trying to organize a routine to get me prepped for the day so it boosts my mood, motivation, and energy, but I'm having trouble finding a good order to do things in. I would like to definitely incorporate exercise, yoga/Qigong, meditation, cannabis, and Caapi micro-dosing.

Long walk with my beautiful dog in the woods every morning (unless it rains and I puss out) , sometimes I'll meditate in the woods as well. The Shift is About to Hit the Fan

Most often in this order: Leak, food, tea, dump, shower, excercise
Morning excercise is something I can't do without as it boosts energy levels very well.

Wake up. Mix up some chia gel. Do about 15 minutes of yoga. Drink the chia gel. Eat something light, usually fruit. Workout/go for a run/bicycle; just do something active. Take a shower. Grab some food from the fridge, and head to school. Quote:Morning excercise is something I can't do without as it boosts energy levels very well. We are... We are like that sentence. Wake up, go for a walk, have breakfast and read a bit, usually.. This is the time to really find out who you are and enjoy every moment you have. Take advantage of it.

What gives me energy throughout the day is first of all waking up next to my loved one and smiling, and then the fruit+germinated seeds smoothie and avocado toast I dont really like exercising in the morning, I have more energy and motivation in the afternoon.. except if im camping, then I generally wake up early and go out to explore early morning Wake and bake is great, but only for lazy sundays or so, because otherwise I dont feel like doing anything except laying in bed continually vaporizing, eating, and surfing the nexus

I wake up and drink tea..and I just stopped having green tea. This has made a big difference in how I feel by about 1pm. If I have even just a cup of green tea I will burn out later and feel drained. I guess caffine is just out now altogether and I feel better without it. I just drink herbal teas..then like an hour later I have a smoothy with lots of fruit and some greens. I used to smoke weed before anything else like 2 times in the morning..I barely ever smoke pot now though and definatly cannot do that in the morning. Depends on the tides and time of year..but in summer when it is warm early in the am I might be at the beach skimboarding by 9 or 10am. Long live the unwoke.

wake up, breakthrough, eat, yoga, breakthrough again, exercise, shower while breakingthrough, read the paper with a cup a java ok not really but yoga/meditation in the wee hours of the moarning is an amazing way to start the day. Usually first i record dreams, although i haven't much lately. Then grab a glass of spring water mixed with zeolites, then a gigantic superfood/fruit smoothie. then maybe some tea

Wake up at 3-4am. Coffee, cordyceps/damiana. Alternate resistance exercise with short or long zoned out rest breaks for about an hour. Juice and protein powder smoothie, repeat the resistance exercise for another hour or so. Shower. All these posts are on behalf of Stimpy, my yellow bullhead. He is an adventurous fish, and I feel his exploits are worth sharing...so much so, I occasionally forget that HE is the one who does these things. Sometimes I get caught in the moment and write of his experiences in the first person; this is a mistake, for I am an upstanding citizen who never does wrong. Stimpy is the degenerate.

Stretch out all the aching muscles, (if Im not late) take a shower, eat lot's of sweet stuff with a big cup of coffee and maca, get dressed and cycle to work. Listen to a man of experience: thou wilt learn more in the woods than in books. Trees and stones will teach thee more than thou canst acquire from the mouth of a master. St. Bernard

Just a question to all you guys out there that do meditation, yoga, and so forth early in the morning. Do you guys have certain things you do to help you get up? Or does forcing yourself to make it easy after a while? I am not a big morning person at all, but I feel like some meditation in the mornings would do me good. I just can't seem to find the energy to when I wake up, way to groggy. The Unknown = A Place to Learn

I feel waking up earlier is one good way to have good energy, because waking up later always leaves you sluggish. Coffee sometimes, Apple with cheese or alone, great for energy. Never considered meditating upon waking but seems like a good way to start the day. For me Sometimes my favorite music can really amp me up for the day. "You are an explorer, and you represent our species, and the greatest good you can do is to bring back a new idea, because our world is endangered by the absence of good ideas. Our world is in crisis because of the absence of consciousness." — Terence McKenna

I am not a big morning person at all, but I feel like some meditation in the mornings would do me good. I just can't seem to find the energy to when I wake up, way to groggy. I would also like to know this, as I'm also not a morning person. I stay tired for a while, my body is achy and stiff, I have very low motivation, and sometimes I even get anxiety about all the stuff I need to do. That's why I was wondering about the order that people do their routine in. As in, can the order have a propelling effect on motivation? I just can't seem to find something that works for me! - If I shower first, there is no point in working out cuz I would need to shower again (and I hate getting wet). - If I eat first, it's difficult to work out, do yoga, Qigong, or meditate. - It's very hard to motivate myself to do yoga/Qigong, or meditate first thing after I wake up, and I loose the benefit of a prior hot/cold shower as a blood-flow and meditation enhancer. - It's difficult to work out right away, plus if I do that, I would have to take a shower right afterwards, and by then I might loose my motivation to do yoga/Qigong, and meditation. Grrrrr Help?
