Hello all,

I'd like to post this as a proper introduction about myself for the community.

For starters, I'm quite new to psychedelic experiences. It's been something I have been researching for months prior to taking any substance.

My first (and only) psychedelic trip was a month ago. I was suffering from PTSD, and it was ruining my life. Self care, finances and everything seemed to go down the drain. It got to the point where I was sitting in my car for two hours, and I had to force myself to stay seated as I was afraid of just getting out and walking right into traffic to end it all.

I managed to get past that episode that day, and tried psilocybin just a few days after. I ended up taking about 4 grams and it basically treated my PTSD. I heard about these sorts of stories online, reading studies, and it had always seemed like it was too good to be true.

The following day, I found that I couldn't tolerate eating meat anymore. I started feeling guilty for eating something that was once living. In addition, I stopped drinking coffee, and got off my anti depressants.

I even noticed that I stopped vaping my eCigarette. It was like I could easily dismiss the things I did not need in my life.

At first I thought this was short lived and wouldn't last. But I found myself having more energy, and being quite a bit more active all of a sudden.

This experience is really what got me intrigued with psychedelics, and to learn about DMT extractions. While I loved the experience with Psilocybin, I don't like the 6-hour commitment and some of the side effect of it.

I like forward to engaging more with the community here and to learn others experiences!

Cheers!

I'll look at my bare feet after I have a DMT trip and say FranLover was right!

This has been an eye opening experience for me, and has me quite curious. My consciousness has really expanded in so many ways.

Many of my fears have been removed, and my mindset/ways of thinking has changed. My doctor was even surprised when I told him about this. He said that he will support me in anyway he can while I'm experimenting with psychedelics because of the change he saw.

Prior to this, he would have given me prescriptions for Ativan for my panic attacks, and I would turn them down. I'm guessing he knows that I'm not the type to abuse substances and let them interfere with my daily life.
