Hi everyone!

As the subject mentions I´m curious to know how all of you came in contact with spice for the first time. Did you just stumble upon it etc?

My own experience started about six or seven years ago. I was a exchange student in the US and it was my first time living abroad, new experiences and new culture to explore. Before I moved to the US I had tried weed only a handfull of times. But found myself some friends who were more experienced with cannabis and other psychedelics. In my mind these other psychedelics were considered as hard drugs and something I would never touch in my live (man I was wrong). But they made me curious about the mind exploring properties different substance could have. My friends were really ambitious in school and did not live up to the mental picture I had of people who took these kind of "hard drugs" So I started doing my own research and found that most of my belief that I had been taught growing up was not true. This was the first time I stumbled across the mention of the spice and ayahuasca. I found it so intriguing, fascinating and really scary.

Anyways I did not particpate in any taking of other substances except cannabis (Had a feeling I wanted to try psychedelics when I got back to Sweden).

Fast forward to the next year I´m back in Sweden. I had brought the knowledge about the "hard drugs" back to my best friends, and made them change their minds or atleast be open to the idea. I did some future digging and found out that there was a mushroom that grew in the fall time here in sweden that contained psilocybe ( the liberty cap). Me and two of my nearest friend decided to go out and see if we could find them. ( We did and I might write a trip report of the first time that I had a psychedelic trip.)

In the years to come I participated in some mushroom trips here and there, and also had my first LSD trip. I have also tried microdosing on mushrooms and I really like the experience if there is no school or other responsibilities involved during that day. By the way working out or playing any sport during the microdose is really a treat.

So the year is 2019 and I have not been thinking of ayahuasca or the spice for a long while. and suddenly it starts to pop up everywhere and I mean everywhere. People that I meet that is going to retreats in Peru etc. It felt like it was everywhere I looked and I could not ignore it. So I started doing some old research and came across this lovely forum and felt welcomed. So after weeks of research in different teks and different solvents I decided to order all the ingredients necessary for a extraction.

Did my first extraction and everything went well. The fairy dust is obtained but it is taunting me and I feel the urge to have my first trip really soon. But life has been really hectic lately (not bad things, just been having a thight schedule with traveling and hanging out with some old forgotten friends etc.) I´m also really scared for the first experience ( I respect the spice and I am not sure if Im worthy yet to recive the secrets it holds.)

I know the right moment will come and I really look forward to it.

I Hope you all found it alittle bit interesting to get a insight in to my life and experiences with psychedelics. I would love to hear your history with psychedelics and how you came in contact with the spice.

Much Love

Your experience is similar to mine in that this journey started for me when I arrived at the US.

I had been smoking weed for years, when suddenly I thought "man, I should go further with this stuff." At that time I was feeling waves of love when smoking weed, and I had a calmness from day to day...lets just say I was feeling a bit "enligthened" or whatever, and everything felt so new to me, like I could do anything, know and be everything.

So to go further I made some edibles, tripped on them, and the next day looked online for information on thc edibles...thats when I stubmled upon psychedelics like psilocybin, which I had always wanted to try when younger but which I had never had the opportunity to.

One link carries to the next and so I landed on DMT...what Joe Rogan had been talking about all this time...I just couldn't believe that I could have this experience for myself. I was like "I'd pay anything to see whats on the other side!"

Crazy thing is when I started researching MHRB I found that I had already viewed MHRB items 2 years previous...and remembered that I had vagley been interested in making it, but thought it too much a hassle, to scary.

When I was ready everything came to fruition.

I set up all the things, practiced the teks, and well, what can I say, the other world is a fact Laughing Oh, the things I have seen Shocked

The first time I came across spice, a friend had it. It was years ago, and at the time I had no idea what it was, was a little tired that night, and decided to decline the offer to partake. Fast forward 5 or 6 years to 2018. Joe rogan podcast junkie. He mentions it all the time and talks about hyperspace in very interesting ways. Has tons of reputable guests on with nothing but good to say about it. So I spend months learning about it online, meanwhile asking around for anyone who knew where to find it. Little leads here and there that ultimately lead no where. As I was learning from the forum about spice, trip reports ect. the general vibe, as pretty much everyone on here knows, was exact it yourself. As I started to accept this idea I have felt more understanding of this concept. I am so grateful I learned how myself. Since learning how, I’ve had friends ask me to sell them some or this and that. I always say, if you have an afternoon to hang, I’ll teach you how to do it. Show them to fish instead of giving a meal. You know, that old jargon. I feel the whole thing taught me something. It was there when I didn’t know about it. When I did know, and wanted to find it so bad, it was no where. Only once I answered my own request did the magic appear. And it was so fulfilling, because it was completely powered by my own ambition.
