Hello all who find this. Curious to know what your definition of a Breakthrough is.
I've done DMT over 30 times and stopped for about 4 months after till last night..
I was first introduced to it by a friend who has become a teacher in this area to others..I can say my first time was a breakthrough, i described it on the introduction section already. but since then i have had maybe 3 times i didn't breakthrough and get guidance and experience in this other realm.
I don't see a physical entity meaning Leprechauns, Bob Marley, Aliens but what i do get is this 1 on 1 with something that speaks to me without audible word but i understand perfectly. it's like a parental presence the source of everything.
My breakthroughs have never been above a dose higher than .20 or how ever much the Evolve plus ceramic coil holds.
it always starts with symmetrical patterns then i begin a mantra i was given in a prior breakthrough and then this presence emerges. I ask it 1 or 2 things it blast me with this energy dump i absorb. (this energy void last night was a very white energy) as i was coming back through the realms it was this pink and purple void I've become familiar with.
Now for me personally i prefer to do the medicine by myself with no music. I feel when anyone else is around i can pick up things and thoughts they have in this realm i enter. I also feel the music has an influence on the journey as well and depending what you are going for you may want it or not. I believe for people who have no experience with the DMT should have someone there and music for the 1st time both will help with the ease of the situation.
it's like that saying "you think you know until you know"
Nothing you read here can prepare you for what you will experience especially the breakthough...
