Grafts this small often take lots of time before they begin to grow without the help of growth hormones like BAP. You may be waiting for quite a bit of time for this batch. With that being said, you can see here that the top of this graft has already dried up and died. I will repost so you can take notice of the piece that has dried up.

So, you may have a long wait, and some may not make it. That is the nature of using such small areoles for grafting... they are very easy to dry out. With that being said, larger more mature areoles are much easier to graft and have much less of a chance of drying out on you.

I've got 99 problems but a failed graft ain't one.

Check out my grafts while my cacti explodes with growth.

Yeah, and you don't stop grafting till all the children can graft like this with ease.

Cause my garden don't want none unless they are seed grown hun.

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."

Nice pups. I think I might cut and graft mine onto some Pereskiopsis.
