Hello everyone,

Appreciation and love to everyone before I get started.

I should maybe start back to about nine months ago, which up until that point I hadn't/couldn't remember having any spiritual connectedness for well... forever. Feeling hopeless and like a clog in the wheel, I knew I needed to make a change. I am not the type to look for releases and go to extremes (though maybe I need to be!).

Firstly I started off with meditation, it went well for the first four months, I felt an inner calmness, better rationale, looking back now.. they were just baby-steps to an inner peace I was very much in need of. This is still and most likely will be a forever work in progress. Though I feel that I have made leaps and bounds in growth over this very small period of time.

During my practice of meditation I had some small glimpses and illusory examples come to my minds eye of what was capable. Little did I know just how much is in actuality. As I started to read and research more into this, I fell unto the realm psychedelics and their potentiate for helping to further grow these experiences. I started with Psilocybin, I self-dosed without measuring.. It felt more natural to go with caution but to trust my own self to know how much to use. Wow, the experience I felt through meditation with Psilocybin felt like taking a cosmic sledgehammer to the socially developed wall built up inside for the first time.

Trying to explain my experience(s) to friends through meditation with the Psilo, I decided to embark on an art haul to hopefully be able to give some visual understanding to them. As I was doing so, I by chance fell upon a local community who practice plant medicine, meditation and other practices in consciousness. They also have a couple of Shamans who were open to sharing Aya experiences. I felt an instant connect, they were able to facilitate further meditation practices and in general just a more open-minded side to this experience, which I needed as I felt (and still do at time) alone in this and what I feel I may be looking for.

After speaking very openly over the course of three months, I was then invited to take part in the experience. We meditated, I drank the tea, cleared the room with sage, we set intent, did breathing techniques and prepared for blast off.

Thinking back through the experience, the initial feeling of it was like a spectral tsunami of patterns and colour but it budded out from this small red and yellow space through a blue strand that had white and red orbs flowing around and through it (Looked like DNA kind of) and then into a huge wave of predominantly green and white light, with specks of yellow and lines of purple flowing through/around it. It felt as though someone had taken a power washer to my socialized mind and opened up my heart.

As I was coming back to, my guide had asked me what I would tell others based on my experience if they were to ask, at the time I was too overwhelmed. Life had just became this much more infinitely bigger than I ever could properly comprehend existence. On reflection and playing back the experience I came up with this answer for her- Our spiritual guidance and desires are brought to us in colour and form (shapes, waves, patterns, geometry, vibration and light energy), for me it washed away the unnecessary, potentially unhealthy and essentially takes the miles back from the inch that was given to our socially developed self/ego — kills the matrix appetite/addiction. (This is all based off of MY experience, to each their own, I believe intent matters so so much in obtaining the experience you're looking for).

She had also asked the question of if I were to die, what would that mean to me? This came about because as I had taken my fourth hit off of the vape I had second guessed myself and looked a little unsure, according to her. After further introspection I came to the conclusion that I’d want to explore those lights and energies and with that I’d want to keep my presence in a positive light for those I care for and those who I may have left a footprint on, positive or negative, to raise them up.

I'm not really sure what else to share or pass on. As I'm not really here to get into the sciences behind it, more so the spiritual growth/experiences that come from within it. Hoping this is acceptable in sharing with everyone here.

Be well and do well,
Love<3
