So i tried pulling from A.Acurfilms plant more than 5 times i think ,all are disspointing results ,i tried STB first and later AB extraction ,yesterday i found 5 grams left bark powder in my closet so i tried an extraction from,i used fumaric acid cook, sodium hydroxide and N N-hexane to pull, its weird that i always find my hexane yellow color but this time, its pure white ,so i left the soultion in freezer for one day i scraped out the bottom after removing it from freezer ,all i found is some kind of white substance as shown in the attached pic ,is that what am i expecting or i went anything wrong with experiment ...coz i didnt have any MHRB in my place ,i tried of finding acacia species ,.....i need some help ....

"A.Acurfilms"? I think you might mean "A. auriculiformis".

The white crystals look promising but until you can clarify what plant you used, it's not entirely safe to say. Also, 5 grams is a tiny amount to extract from. How much did your final product weigh?

Has it remained solid after warming up outside freezer?
What does it smell like?
Have you tried heating it?
Does it melt?
Does it boil or maybe evaporate?
Have you tested it with any test reagents?
Could you test it via TLC?

Would you be able to send a sample to Endlessness for testing?

If this extract really is from the plant you (very roughly) say it is, it would be valuable data for the record.

I dried it and I left with nothing.actually it's a failed experiment. This is the third failure experiment.
Yes it is Acacia auriculiformis.
I think N-Hexane is not suitable for extraction, I will try heptane instead.
I decided to test on few species of trees and plants around my area.
I couldn't find any proper DMT information about tress in India.
Right now I am extracting honey locust,i will update information after I get results...
Thank you.

Honey locust - Robinia pseudoacacia and related spp.? Or Gleditsia triacanthos? While the former is fairly certainly not active, it seems a major alkaloid in the latter is a purine derivative, triacanthine.

What kind of information is steering your choices for analysis? Micro-extraction and reagent testing could save you time and materials.

[Edit: I see that there are suggestions G. triacanthos could be viable, here. Your results will be of great interest.]
