So I just did my first extraction a few days ago, used noman's tek, 30g of MHRB. The first pull came out a little weird, it seemed like the cristals would never dry, and a yellow wax was covering the bottom of the glass container. After I scraped it all I had was around 90mg of yellow oily wax. Here's what I (think) did wrong, when I took the container out of the freezer and poured the excess solvent (used zippo lighter fluid), there was a few drops of solvent left inside, and it ended up dissolving some cristals before it evapored, and also a lot of condensed water drops went inside the container and the cristals got wet. If that happens, it takes forever to dry. I scraped it while it was still wet and oily. For the second pull, after I took the container out of the freezer (left it in there for 6 hours) and poured the excess solvent, I immediately turned it upside down and left it to dry for at least 8 hours. This is the result:




After I scraped it it turned yellow. Notice the waxy stuff in the bottom of the glass, my best guess is that it's dmt that didn't have time to cristallize, or some cristals that got dissolved by that last drop of solvent that was still inside in the drying process.





And that's around 60mg of yellow fluffly cristals:





Yesterday I started a 100g MHRB extraction:



Left it in the freezer for 12 hours and this came out:





I have the feeling I shoud've left it in the freezer longer, because it looks like not all DMT cristallized very well. I'll leave it in for at least 24h for the second pull.
