I have been researching the Ayahuasca experience for right at a month now and I've been trying to train myself to be ready for this experience but I'm kind of worried because I'm doing at home by myself and I want to make sure I brew it the right way. So I ordered 100 Grams of Ayahausca (b caapi) and 85 % of skull cap extract.. Does any one have any information for me and maybe help with brewing techniques? Thanks for letting me join the community and I respect this forum and every single person and being in it.

STS is a community for people interested in growing, preserving and researching botanical species, particularly those with remarkable therapeutic and/or psychoactive properties.

You know Skullcap doesn't contain DMT right? Skullcap is supposed to be a nice relaxing herb though, could go alright mixed with Caapi.

I've been taking Scutellaria baicalensis tea occasionally, which has a really nice grounding and antianxiety effect.

I haven't noticed any negative interaction with my low-dose harmala routine at about ~30mg once or twice a day.

If you're looking for some general info on brewing huasca, check out the All About Aya thread.
