Hey!

Brand new member here, and wondering about similar experiences involving these entities that are encountered during hyperspace travel on DMT.

So after a couple of years of researching and contemplating trying DMT, I had an opportunity to gain access to a half gram through a friend. I thought, 'What the hell? I've taken psylocibin and lsd countless times, a 10-15 min trip should be no problem'. Little did I know, there was no way to mentally prepare for an experience like this.

Another friend of mine was hanging out at my place when we decided to go on our journey (as he always wanted to try it too). So we packed up a bong load with about 40 mg of DMT each, sandwiched between 2 layers of ganja.

We wanted to travel hyperspace together, so we both took our inhales at the same time. Immediately i could tell that I didnt burn all of the dmt. It didn't burn evenly and a little bit shot through as i inhaled (a primitive technique for smoking it i now realize).

My body suddenly became very tingly while a few tracers began to appear within my view of the living room. It was similar to a mushroom trip but nothing like the magnitude in which I've read about for this drug. I was hoping for other worldly dimensions and impossible physical shapes with fractals as promised. As I sat slightly dissapointed, I looked beside me to my friend who is now sunk into the couch with his eyes completely closed. I thought, 'oh yeah, hes gone'.

After a few minutes he opened his eyes with dilated pupils and the biggest smile I've ever seen. Realizing I hadn't made the journey with him he immediately yelled to me, "MAN, YOU GOTTA GO"!!

'Fuck it' I thought, as I packed the bowl with 100mg of the powder (which i now realize is an irresponsible amount, especially for a first timer). The look on his face said enough though, I was going.

This time the bowl burned perfectly. Even heat distribution and I got the full taste of the cotton bally numb-ness of the smoke. I held the smoke in as long as I could until my lungs exhaled without me realizing it.

Blast off.

This time I didn't have the ability to keep my eyes open without a strong urge to vomit. I then closed my eyes and was met with enormous floating shapes morphing perfectly in front of me symetrically like being inside of a giant 3d morphing mandala painting. This lasted for about 15-20 seconds until I was blasted to a darker world, similar to space. It was very metallic and dark, with dark neon colorful lights pulsating up and down the walls with some sort of foreign language similar to hebrew everywhere. It seemed very alien like.

Immediately beings came up to me with scanners or something extending from their arms, beaming light across my body and began to scan me. A colossal entity controlled my view towards a folding mechanical tunnel behind her with a bright light at the end. The light was very bright but didn't hurt my eyes like the sun or other uv rays do. It was very hypnotic, but my fight or flight response kicked in. These beings were powerful and intimidating. I wanted to be transported back to my world. I did not expect the DMT world to be so vivid. Almost realer than real reality.

I opened my eyes but the 2 realities were overlapping each other which caused slight nausia. I decided to go back to the DMT world.

The beings are still there, and after a couple moments of resisting them, a thought crossed my mind, 'You did this drug, now try to enjoy it and take in as much as you can from this wierd place' and as soon as i had that thought, the entities began to scan me again, but this time I gave in, and let them take total control. All the anxiety, heart racing and fear left my body as they performed their operation. Tantilized by the tunnel the colossal entity was distracting me with, I fell into total bliss. It was kind of like an 'ohhh okay, I get it' moment. (I didn't understand what they were doing but I knew it was good somehow) Once they were done their operation I opened my eyes with the biggest feeling of love, euphoria and gratitude. It felt like I had just gotten back from a spa treatment.

I was expecting to get high, not have such a spiritual experience. This place was like the center of the universe.. Like a control station. They were very, very busy. The only way I could describe it is 'powerful and perfect'.

Since this experience I have had overwheming feelings about the universe and now have an unexplicable understanding that it must be a creation and re-encarnation is an innevitability. I have never been spiritual or religious. Not athiest but more agnostic and before, I would have laughed or chalked it up to a hallucination, but the experience was just too powerful and real to ignore.

I have done DMT since, sometimes I am transported to a different setting like in the base of a pyramid but the same entities keep scanning me. Almost preparing me on a giant perfect assembly line

Has anyone else been 'scanned' by these things? Would love to hear about it. Thanks for reading.

You are definitely not alone!

I've had many many experiences with both vaporized DMT as well as ayahuasca where I feel scanned. Generally the way it feels for me, or my interpretation, is that I'm being scanned for problems, for any sort of problem in my body/soul, so that the entities can help fixing it.

Once during an ayahuasca trip for example, I remember that as I was being scanned, I clearly felt that they had found something important that needed to be removed, and in my visions I saw these entities with long fingers operating me, slowly condensing this bad thing into a small ball that coalesced in my stomach. At the same time I was seeing negative things I had done in my life, times when I hurt others, etc, and it was as if these bad things were materializing into this ball. Slowly I felt/saw the entities bringing this ball up towards my esophagus until eventually I felt a strong need to purge, purged very strongly (and loudly, funny guttural sounds I made ) eliminating this "ball" from my body. After that I felt great, as if I had really removed all this bad 'karma' from me.

This happened a few times, sometimes it felt more like fixing psychological issues/bad karma, sometimes it felt like it was literally a physical scanning and cleansing process like when I had a big cold and had a lot of mucus come out and after the trip the cold was significantly reduced (though I can't know if the cold was going to go away without ayahuasca, it was still interesting)

I really, really recommend not using weed as a sandwich material for DMT. Especially not when you're starting out. Nausea is pretty much to be expected if you do. Also, it really shifts the DMT experience into something else, and it's worth seeing what it's like without.

Some people like combining the two, but most people prefer clean DMT, so there's a higher than 50% chance that you'll also have more affinity for it that way.

As for the spiritual thing, I've not been scanned by aliens, but I've seen things that felt like the 'center of existence'. It can get really deep and really powerful. If the question of reality comes up, I really recommend reading up on this question in the wiki and here in the forum. A lot of interesting things have been said on it before.

Thanks for the input! Like I mentioned in the article I have done DMT since (same amount in pure form without marijuana) and I felt this first time had a lot more of an impact spiritually.

I'm not sure if it was the effect of the weed or just the pure shock of what I was experiencing but it definately resonated with me better that way.
