Hi Fenix

You asked for opinions on whether it was safe.
Like the others, my opinion is no. I would refrain from all substances, except antipsychotics.

Discussing whether the spirits are real or not is futile.
The facts are that the spirits are real to you, and not appreciable to anyone else around you.
This has the potential to make your day to day functioning very difficult.
So you have a choice to make. Continue life with spirits present, accepting that they will make your functioning in society difficult at times. Or take antipsychotics to make the spirits disappear so that functioning in society might be easier.
The choice is yours to make (although sometimes this choice can be taken out of your hands).

Wish you well in your choices.

So why you're seeing 'spirits' and not 'random monsters'? Well I don't see how gasoline fume 'spirits' are any more realistic than big hairy monsters with tentacles and googly eyes. It sounds really generic, honestly. Might as well be Halloween ghosts with white bedsheets and rattling chains.

See I'm really not invested in whether what you see is real or not... However, as you said when you're on meds, the spirits don't move things around... Isn't that probably indicative of something?

I mean, it might be real, or might be not. What would you do if it were definitely real?
Do you believe in the THIRD SUMMER OF LOVE?

What you describe as 'halucinations' I, personally, would be more inclined to describe as mild visual distortions, phenomena. Did you see the spirits before your brother's accident? Some people might believe that poltergeist phenomena are somehow a product of your brother's injured phyche, an attempt of communication perhaps? Of course I'm not saying that's what I think..

I sort of envy and admire you Felix. Like odd Thomas, I always wanted to see what spirits are up to and how they influence this reality. I’ve had my fair share of paranormal experiences, and at my last job one of the coworkers saw a chair move by itself in the dining room and started crying. I was not able to hide my excitement and felt bad. I’m linking some website information that you may find useful to help you understand what you’re going through. Your calm conviction that they are real shows you have potential to work with them. As for dmt, diving deeper in waters you are currently unfamiliar with may not be wise. Maybe start with a small dose and ask yourself if you are ready to go further. I would also consider burning some Palo santo/sage to see what effect it has on the spirits.

“Shamans differ from those who believe in spirits, because they know from firsthand experience that spirits exist. They see the spirits, touch them, hear them, smell them, and converse with them.”

“Perhaps one of the most mysterious and distinctive ways of becoming a shaman has been through experiencing the dismemberment of one’s body in an altered state of consciousness.”

How did you come to that conclusion. What makes your think that? It is very interesting, yet scary.

On another note, i think describing the spirits a gasoline fumes was wrong. They are much more noticeable and in figure.
