I seen light dose 45mg orally from gordotek anybody been trying that ? How's the effects ? Anybody can compare it to lsd/shrooms trip ug or g ? Sorry if that's a noobish question

DMT is NOT orrally active on it's own. There are few "tricks" to get it worked, you can shime here and there on the forum to find this usefull info that can help you with your question  You may cross on your way some pretty report, and other mega tek of the dead. Keep up Reading

You can't pin point results on a dose. Yes of course there's something to say about dose and result, but it's at the same time quite unpredictable also. A lot of people had their most profound effects not on their largest dose.
I suggest to stop trying to nail things in a strict proportional way, there are a lot of factors outside of dose that finally make up for the ride you get.

Especially with pharma, the speed at which you get the molecules in your system is key. And it is a bit of a gamble how fast that happens.
A dose of 50 mg absorbed fast can give a deeper ride than for example a dose of 75 that get released slower. You have little handle on that digestion speed.
I had aya's that only came to action after hours, and others that came into life after 30 minutes. The fast ones take you most by surprise.
