That's true actually somehow u know how little glass of wine work specially for my first time but I decided I will not do it I am thinking to start growing some mushrooms start microdosing and take DMT after that.
Also I like have with my wife a glass of homemade wine specially when kids are in bed after hard day
(hibiscus tea is also lovely one of my favorite )
