Hey Guys,

I know Kratom isn't discussed in much detail here, but I was wondering if any of the bio-chems, or anyone else could tell me what exactly is the makeup of Ultra Enhanced Indo (UEI). I'm interested in possibly cooking up my own batch of UEI and the most I can find on it is that it is a "fortified leaf". I don't know what it is fortified with, or in what quantities.

If anyone has these details, or has actual practice with it, that would be excellent!

I have a lot of experience with Kratom. I used it at one point to kick a bad oral morphine habit.

The UEI (ultra enhanced indo) is made when A batch of Kratom is extracted (using an A/B extraction) and a quite pure 250x mix of alkaloids are obtained. Kratom has more than a handful of active alkaloids in the leaves that all synergize differently (you can look it up if interested). This is why different batches of kratom have different effects.

At least 2 of these alkaloids are known opioids that strangely enough have a tryptamine skeleton in its makeup. 500mgs of this 250x extract is then mixed with 2.5 grams of Indonesian grown leaf (or strain of kratom).

The resulting substance is extremely potent, and quite addictive. Tolerance builds up within a day or so and within three days addiction can occur...this is of course on multiple doses throughout the day...do be careful with it...it works VERY well as a euphoriant and painkiller, almost too well.

Start very slow with this stuff, even if you have a tolerance to opiates. It only takes a very small amount (50mgs-100mgs tops) to achieve a very nice Kratom experience. Like I said though, go slow, an OD of Kratom, while not all that physically dangerous, is VERY unpleasant...headaches, dizziness, dysphoria, and vomiting, are all signs of a Kratom OD.

SWIM has quite a bit of experience with it... tried a few different strains.. it's a complex substance, it's kinda hard to nail down it's effects and I've actually had quite different effects from the same stuff on different days... it's quite strong but subtle at the same time, it's got a stimulant and sedative quality that strikes at different levels, mostly you get sleepy and enjoy lying down, relaxing, for me it has marked effect on sleeping/dreaming, do it before bed and the night's sleep will be quite strange, vivid dreaming in parts, drifting in and out of wakefulness... fight the sleepiness and it becomes quite wiring... it's a fantastic painkiller and decongestant... but it's quite expensive, messes with your sleep pattern/energy levels.. addictive yes... it's definitely got potential but I find it a strange substance that varies greatly from strain to strain...

As I said, Kratom has MANY active alkaloids. The strain, time of harvest, natural alkaloid decay, etc... all play into how a certain batch of Kratom effects a person.

However, I believe that UEI is a standard extract...meaning it has the same amount of alkaloids in each gram.

Thanks acolon. Yes, I believe we have discussed Kratom in the past, as well as our similar backgrounds as to how Kratom has been beneficial in our lives.

It definitely is a very complex plant, and UEI is the ONLY form I have found that produces consistent, predictable results. Hence why I am interested in possibly creating my own.

Are you aware of any extraction teks for 250x? I assume it's an A/B type extraction, but I can't seem to find any reliable, consistent teks.
