I been wonder if a glass of Homemade hibiscus wine (nothing bad in it all natural) will be good before taking DMT to calm the nerves ?

Getting drunk before launch is generally discouraged. As for a single glass of wine, I don't see how it might be a problem.

Thanks for answer I seen alot of bad stuff actually after alcohol but usually it been loads of it during the party Smile

Hibiscus is good, you could just make hibiscus tea instead. And there are plenty of herb teas that could help calm the nerves, sans alcohol. Camomile, limeflower, lavender...

That's true actually somehow u know how little glass of wine work specially for my first time but I decided I will not do it I am thinking to start growing some mushrooms start microdosing and take DMT after that.
Also I like have with my wife a glass of homemade wine specially when kids are in bed after hard day Very happy (hibiscus tea is also lovely one of my favorite )
