How much water / lye / naphtha would I need for 250 gram / 500 gram / 1kg extractions? 15 ml * 250 is 3,75 liter of water. This seems a bit much? I use powdered mimosa hostilis bark. Is there a formula for this? Thenks in advance

Common suggestion (for STB) mhrb:NaOH:water ratio is 1:1:15. May seem to be high, but with less water there can be problems with emulsion. It's good to leave the mixture for a day before adding non-polar. Another suggestion is proper saturation with NaCl before adding naptha (if naptha is used). Do not use NaCl with toluene, can cause huge emulsion. Acceptance of the fact that our reality is not real doesn't in fact mean it is not real. It just leads to better understanding what real means.

3x5L bottles. You may try less water, but check first with small amounts for given bark. Acceptance of the fact that our reality is not real doesn't in fact mean it is not real. It just leads to better understanding what real means.

If you're asking basic questions, it's best to start with a small extraction. And check the Attitude Page, in particular this section: https://wiki.dmt-nexus.m...80.9Cspreading.E2.80.9D
“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work." ― Jacques Bergier, quoting Fulcanelli
