Are other 5-MeO's (like 5-MeO-MiPT for instance) capable of producing the same kind of experience as 5-MeO-DMT?

I'm curious about trying 5-MeO-DMT, but a bit frightened of it at the same time. So i'm thinking that maybe trying another 5-MeO in the form of a blotter would give me an indication of what to expect.

As far as I'm aware, in experiential terms, 5-MeO-DMT is very much in a league of its own, and I'm not sure anything can really compare to it on the 5-MeO front.

Yeah IME 5MeO DMT is nothing like 5MeO MIPT which is much more like a classical psychedelic.

5MeO DMT is akin to being shot out of a cannon into the screaming heart of the sun, while 5MeO MIPT is much more rainbows and butterflies.

Of course, your mileage may vary.

But I have to say I heard from some people on reddit, that 5-MeO-MALT is on par with 5-MeO-DMT.

As MALT itself gives me personally mainly just a strong mindfuck with no visuals, I could well expect the 5-MeO version to be very strong. But didn't have the chance to try it yet.
