These are called ice pills and they give you 12 hours of energy a pop.
The high is like speed mut much more intense and you feel great for a while and when the high slowly begins to fade off, you take more and your awake for another 12 hours or more.

You can stay awake for up to 3 days off these before you start to hallucinate from lack of sleep and become exhausted.
And don't even think of taking zopiclone or any Z-drugs to come down at this point, because you'll only hallucinate even worse if you do.

A guess would be Methamphetamine since it says "ICE" on them, which is slang for meth.

Better advice would be to not take these at all if you don't know what they contain. On DMT-Nexus we always try to advocate safe use and harm reduction. Taking a pill containing an unknown dosage of an unknown substance is probably one of the worst things you can do and a very effective way to get yourself killed.

I think Ice is methamphetamine but I needed verification. I read your link and it says it contains meth and caffeine. That pill is identical to the ones I get.
