Hello Nexus
This is my first time posting and i will like to ask for some help identifying this Cacti
I collect them around where i live on Bolivia,
there some variety of Cacti in here all mixed together and makes me think

some of them are a Crossbreeding,
i will like some help identifying this Cacti

Top 2 pics look like trichocereus pachanoi.. Bottom pics I'm not sure. Id def make s tea out of the first ones at least.

Looking into TLC would probably be very useful for you, if you consider trying to find the best mescaline producing cact in your area. In a couple of months we might also re-open the free lab testing service for the Nexus so keep an eye on that thread.

Pachanoi....and perhaps Bolivian torch....the second set does look fairly bridgessii like, other than the fact it has lots and lots of ribs...but I think it is and they are just thick cuts

Thank you Guys for your Help, i will Freeze and then make a tea soon,im just too busy getting some supplys and stuff that i need in home

+im going to get every single specie of Cacti in my area, post it here for some id help and i will try them on Tea 2 times per month,to see if their active or not

i also have some Trout Notes PDF files but i dont tust them so much,so i ask for help here,

in Trout Notes i read about some Cacti species that are extint,but i gues their still around

Actually on second thought scratch what I said.... definitely not a bridgessii...and infact not a trichocereus at all. borzicactus or loxanthocereus

But yeah the first one was pachanoi though

You are wise my friend to remain skeptical about trout's notes....although very much of it is good solid info....some of it just isn't....like where he claims opuntia to contain mescaline....when in fact they just simply do not

like 7 months ago i try a cacti that an old man told me is the same as san pedro(pachanoi)
some shamans in peru mix alot of cacti on their Tea and they told me they got awesome results

based on what those people told me i decide to give a try to a cacti similar to second one i post
on the thread and it was in fact psychedelic,not the same as Mescaline or some T. Tea,but diferent

i gues not everything is set on stone and not every1 will tell us the truth,so we need to find it ourselfs
like for example,literature said if you go to a ergot infected farm you will die, its a lye cause i use to
live on a small farm with an area who got alot of ergot infected Barley on PR, in fact you grow diferent

The first ones look like a very thirsty pachanoi. Those pups are beauties though.

The second set of photos are strange looking. Rib shape looks trichocereus but the spines are off Maybe the active cactus that looked similar was a Trichocereus peruvianus?

If you are in Bolivia maybe you can find T. bridgesii and T. scopulicola growing in your area.

Yeah the second one at first glance I thought was a tricho for s split second as well.... definitely either loxanthocereus or borzicactus, but it is hard to tell which from these pics which....I agree with grey fox definitely be on the look out for bridgessii and scopulicula..because you are in their home land scopulicula, look very very similar to a pachanoi....I'm thinking the one you tried which had an effect was likely bridgessii because it looks quite similar
...but...there is MUCH we still are learning about other cactus alkaloids....some even just contain Harmala related alkaloids....and others, we just haven't had the chance to properly study I also am looking forward to seeing more of your pictures! Good day
