Hi sufinaut!
Nice start, is this your first time?
From my experience, I would have to say it's all good and not to worry but you should try to harvest just before all the veils break and drop spores as 'downwardsfromzero' is referring to as it is the optimum time. This is what your seeing.
'Veil' that fine like skin underneath the cap. This would be a good short study for you, about the veil opening.
Although I would prefer to harvest all my specimens prior to the veil opening and shedding spores, I've missed the window quit a few times on some of my bins over the years allowing the spores to drop prior to harvest.
I have not noticed any decline in further fruiting or mold from the spores dropping prior to harvest where I missed my window nor did it affect the end results other than esthetically, there is one differance, most of my specimens were cakes.
I do not believe the susceptibility to mold increases due to the release of spores, only air contaminants so always keep them protected in an environment as sterile as possible.
You have no worries here if you care for them properly.
