Hi there,
posting an introduction essay as recommended after subscribing (though I'll say I tend to dislike this practice in forums - it usually results in tons of "hi there, I'm new" messages few fully-acknowledged members tend to read).
In any case: I joined this community due to my recent interest in DMT. I've tried psychedelics before, including tryptamines (through shrooms), but what I've read on DMT has made me *very* interested in it. I'm specifically interested in exploring the nature of consciousness itself (and believes psychedelics - and hopefully specifically DMT - may be among the best tools to do so).
Another reason I've joined is the absolutely amazing wealth of information both this forum and the linked wiki have provided me, especially for my first attempt at extraction (which was successful ! got about 1.1g from 100g MHRB - I'm a happy dude). On this topic, and as an aside, I'd especially recommend the user "endlessness" - when looking for information, his comments were among the most precise and well informed I've seen.
Thanks to the amazing guides of the nexus, I will finally blast off soon :-) now I'm just waiting for a calm/alone time to do so (meanwhile still pulling my basified solution from time to time - it's *still* giving up crystals). I plan on using the ecig method for a first try. I have a bong, an advanced vaporizer, and experienced throat/lungs; but I'm not 100% sure of the quality of my vaporizer (it's a vapir one - not a great model I think, though if anyone has comments on using it with the sandwich method in the vape capsule I'd love that), hence the ecig idea. Also, I like the way I can just drop the ecig if I'm actually leaving after a toke, because I've used strong doses of salvia in the past where I've gone somewhere else entirely and I'm wary of the risk (fire) of using bongs due to that - sometimes I was completely *gone* in under two seconds after a toke. In any case, I'd appreciate any advice on using ecig first (good idea ? not ? I was planning 500mg in 2ml of 70/30 vg/pg, using a 40W battery with temperature control).
In any case, again: very happy to join this community. Hello, everyone :-) !
