I'm so disappointed... all the planning, waiting etc

set and setting was perfect, until I got a call from my friend who's mums recently just passed away. I ignored it because i knew he was drunk and i was busy getting ready for smoking. I didn't feel to good about doing that.

So we started to set up the dab rig, total failure. The DMT was melting but we couldn't get anything other than a mild taste. Wasted 30mg on that

THEN my girlfriend texts, her boss was shouting at her in front of customers. She felt like crying, walked out the restaurant, end up crying while waiting for a bus. She lives about a 20 minutes car ride away. I f*cking lied to her and made excuse how i couldn't go and stay over. I don't lie, I pride myself on being very honest. So after me lying to my girlfriend so I could smoke some spice I felt really horrible. She needed me and I wasn't there.

Then she took her bad mood out on me..

My anxious excitement ready for take off set was totally ruined. I lost all confidence in having a good experience.

But.. I smoked a little anyway.

We we're using a sandwich method horribly. We didn't have gauze for the pipe, so we made one from foil. We just used cigarette ash for the sandwich. Not exactly ideal.

Me and my friend both done 20mg.

It felt like drugs though as ridiculous as that sounds, it felt almost similar to coming up hard on MDMA. Nausea heavy body rolling sensation, and I was tripping for sure. Mild CEV and mild OEV, nothing looked the same. My mood was low after smoking as well. It wasn't really enjoyable

My friend really liked his though. He was laughing etc had a way better time on the 20mg than I did.

Now I'm saying 20mg.. but I know for a fact we were burning the spice.

We knew our smoking method was bad, but we didn't want all the waiting, money spent, hassle to source spice etc to go to waste. So we had decided to go ahead and do 50mg. Even if we could get to the "waiting room" it wouldn't be a wasted effort.

My friend went first, I loaded the bowl, he got comfortable. Took three big hits, held the first and the last one really good. Pulled his hood over his eye and away he went! Didn't move or make a sound for a good 10 minutes. Came back and asked if there was more left in the bowl. So I quickly went over, he took another two hits (I don't imagine there would have been much in them). Then lay with his eyes closed for another 5 minutes or so.

What he described sounded amazing..

He was on a spaceship, he described it as a sort of generic cartoon spaceship cockpit. But it didn't seem to be that animated looking. He could look out the window as well. He had looked out one window and seen like a family photo. Him with his arm around his girlfriend and a little girl. They don't have a kid though. During the trip there was no entities communicating with him, but he thought I should ask a question anyway. So the first thing he thought of was "Will I come into money?" then he his hand appeared in front of him, with a knife cutting his finger. He describes it like the cut was bleeding roulette number type things..

But that's all he could really bring back. He says a lot more happened but it's just too difficult to try and put into words. He said though he remembers a lot more things happened during it, he doesn't actually quite remember exactly what those things were. As I've read this sort of thing is the norm.

No it was my turn..

I was laying with the bowl feeling so guilty I had lied to my girlfriend when she needed me, so i could do this. I know she was having a horrible time right now as I'm laying down ready to try and blow my mind into the universe. I had lost all confidence in having a good experience. I felt terrible. So I didn't do it..

Not only am I disappointed in myself, I'm disappointed about my spice experience.

But shit happens.

I'm still as keen as ever to explore, I need a better smoking method though. I was thinking of making Changa out 200mg of DMT to try next, it sounds much easier to smoke. Also buying a crack pipe/meth pipe to give that a try. Possibly buying one of the rigs that screw onto an ecig mod. If anyone can me advise on Changa, the crack pipe or those rigs in this post that would be appreciated. Next time I really want to go all in!

Also if you haven't smoked spice before and you're worried about the taste.. It tastes a lot better than a cigarette haha.

If your buddy's mom just passed away, I would think it would be best to be there for him, even if he is drunk. Your girlfriend needed you and you sloughed that off as well and lied. You should feel bad.

Your set and setting were not ruined by other people. Your set and setting was ruined by your own choices. Next time place them first and your DMT experience second I say.

I know mate, you're right. It was a shitty thing to do. I felt horrible guilt for doing it. It was completely out of character for me to act this way.

All that deception so you could visit hyperspace and in the end you didn't even go haha

Well lesson learnt and tis a good job you are honest about it. Hehe the dmt is teaching you without even smoking it!

Anyway, I don't know why more people aren't using a vape. I bought a dirt cheap vaporiser - the kind with a metal plate and a glass dome to put over the top to make a chamber, with temperature control.

It's so easy and hassle free but I guess you need a power outlet.

Personally I'm more attracted to crystal as it feels like more of a crisp, naked trip compared to changa although my changa trips were very nice indeed.

I guess if you want to keep with base then get a vap, pipe for changa but you will probably use slightly more spice in the long run due to less temp control.

We all make mistakes for dang sure! Sounds like you will be on the good foot next time around. Good luck with your next attempt. Write up an experience report when you get around to hyperspace.

It's already been quite costly so far, with good mg scales, a blow torch (useless lol), etc etc. Until I get to experience it fully I don't plan on spending much more money.

I think I know the Vape you're talking about though, we had looked at some studio-i thing? it's screws onto a ecig.

I'm waiting on acetone and mullien arriving in the mail. So I'll be making some enhanced leaf to get my first experience next week sometime. Keeping it simple and making a 1:2 ratio, 350mg and 700mg for leaf. This should give me and my friend enough easy to smoke materiel to explore for a while!
