I was trying to weigh out 45mg on a .00 scale but had difficulty with different readings. This is as close to a 45mg reading as I could get. However it was a REALLY intense trip.

I'm wondering if this appears to be a larger dose than usual to those with experience? Large as in well beyond 45mg. Or does it look around 45mg-ish? Or less?

Buy a .000 scale if you want to be exact next time. I paid $40 for mine.

Got a .000 scale today. Measured 15mg and tried that. Much less intense than the amount in the first picture, though still a solid experience. I am going to guess the amount in the first picture was 40-45mg, which is rather accurate to what I thought weighing it on the .00 scale. Nice to have a more accurate scale now though.

i also wonder how much can be vaped in one hit? aka the problem with the vapor genie is that it requires multiple hits.

I guesstimated 50 mg and then read you tried to weigh 45 mg. Yes it's probably in that range.

A much less intense, more comfortable experience. I would describe 7 mg as like taking the escalator into the DMT dimension rather than blasting there via high speed rocket.

It is incredible that a human being can extract DMT from a tree's bark, smoke it, and travel to another dimension.

No, did not break through with 7 or 15 mg. Brokethrough with the amount in the first picture though, it was intense.
I am thinking I will try 25mg next.

I highly recommend getting the .000 scale as measuring out an accurate dose is important.

Yes, be careful of visual estimation. I once eyeballed what I thought was 30mg, but i had transported my spice wrapped in tinfoil and tucked in a book. It had compressed in the book and the increased density made it appear less than it was. I estimate what i actually inhaled was closer to 100mg...

Those oiler bubbler things can be quite capricious, too. you burn a lot of spice normally, so your dose is hard to estimate. If you are loading on the high end (30-50mg) because after the burnt material you are only inhaling 20-25mg (or less!), when you do accidentally burn less, you might be in for one helluva surprise!

Best tools of the trade, as you'll read around this site, are a mg scale and the GVG.
