This weekend I went with Abuelita to a Spa resort with big enough private houses/apartments to create a little ceremonial space.
So first 2 hours of personal healing and in the last hour shifting down in the afterglow I went to the Spa.
To play with your senses like that when being in full focus is truly astonishing. Going through different showers with hot and cold sprinklers, ending up floating in bubblebaths (feeling like a baby in the womb), and meditating in different saunas.
I highly recommend this experience. If you can be fully naked its even better!
