The past four times I smoked change the entire experience would consist of some mundane visual such as a red cube turning and turning and that's it. So, after my most recent experience like this, I had the feeling that I have gotten what I need temporarily and need to take an oral dose. I am planning on taking 150mg deems with harmala freebase. What should I experct to be different from change? I have 200+ psychedelic experiences with only one bad trip. Is Pharmahuasca known to cause fear/anxiety? Or is it a gentle loving experience? Any insight to why my trips are blocked or to my questions about pharmahuasca would be greatly appreciated. Much love travelers! ~ Vision without execution is just a hallucination ~

If you feel you are being called to an oral dose, maybe that is what you need. How much harmala freebase are you planning on taking? 150mg DMT might be a bit strong, might be best to start low (no more than 50mg) and dose more if you need to. Remember, you can always take more but you can not take less  If you have never taken an oral dose, you do not know how sensitive you will be to it. The past belongs to us, and we can change it.

I was planning on dosing 100mg of rue freebase extract, waiting an hour, and then taking 200mg rue freebase with 150mg DMT in OJ at the same time. I think I will lower my dose to 100mg. I have had a lot of psychedelic experiences and I have an annoyingly high tolerance to tryptamines and lysergamides so I think I can handle the 100mg. If I am not were I need to be with that I will vaporize throughout the experience until I get to where I need to be. And I take a week long break between changa sessions and set my intention to have a meaningful experience and give thanks to the spirit of the molecules and my opportunity to experience them. But one day they all of a sudden stopped working almost completely no matter the dose. ~ Vision without execution is just a hallucination ~

The below excerpt from the wiki might help. Please note that it states no more than 1mg/lb of DMT and it also warns that this is considered a strong dose, so your 100mg might be ok for your personal experience. https://wiki.dmt-nexus.me/PharmahuascaQuote:

Pharmahuasca is a pharmaceutical version of the entheogenic brew ayahuasca. Traditional ayahuasca is made by brewing the MAOI-containing Banisteriopsis caapi vine with a DMT containing plant, such as Psychotria viridis. A general rule for the dose taken of DMT in a capsule is NO MORE THAN 1mg per pound of body weight.
This is assuming that approx 100mg MAOI is taken first.
Take one MAOI capsule (100mg) wait ten-twenty minutes
Take one DMT capsule containg half of the dose (for 150lbs. bodyweight, no more than 75mg DMT)
Wait ten minutes, this will reduce the likelihood of vomiting.
Take one DMT capsule containing the second half of the dose.
Experiment with how much spice SWIM likes to use and find what's right for SWIM.
WARNING
This method of administration can easily get out of hand by believing a small change in the weight of the dose will have little effect, the above dosage is considered to be a high one. Do not attempt to operate machinery during the trip. Do none of these things, after all SWIM will probably be lying on their back for a couple hours.

You may also try Moclobemide. For some as far as it comes to MOAI properties it works just as well as Harmalas. In my case it's actually better. Harmalas/Syrian Rue always cause me a minor digestive distress. 100mg is plenty. MAOI can potentiate DMT a looooot. A completely different beast for me. Including vaporized. Deems...? Dimitri just sounds better! Be inquisitive and always question things...
