I've been searching for a clear answer for this for a long time, but all the info about it I could find seems inconclusive.
Plugging 5meo-DMT works very well and is a great ROA.
But what about pure N,N DMT, without any MAOI?

It definitely works, but I would recommend using a salt form of DMT since the freebase can be quite caustic to the mucous membranes in the rectum.

I never did it without harmalas. Used harmalas differently, either in the plug cocktail or oral in advance, seemed like a necessary thing to do.
This thread led me check out a 45 FB (dissolved in 5 drops of standard vinegar, adding some water to 1ml total, heating a bit for dissolving, into a 1ml needdle-less syringe) without harmalas. I hardly felt anything, major bummer. I'm not surprised about that factor of 3, make that a 4 and I wont object either. I don't feel called right away to plug +100 to get anywhere, maybe later who knows.

Ok so if i understand good, the best way would be to prepare a solution of 50mg Harmaml-alk (in salt form) + ... ???? 50mg dmt-salts? and plug it?
Could someone correct me ? sound a realistic dosage ?

It would probably be best to consume the harmalas normally the way you would with Rue + DMT but instead of taking the DMT orally you would plug it around 30 min after harmala ingestion.

I tried up to 300mg of fumarate without harmalas, to little effect aside from minor body load. Adding harmaline HCl to 300mg fumarate increased the effects, but not any more than oral with lesser dose would give. I gave up on this route of administration after a few disappointing tries.
FYI it will burn slightly at the doses/concentrations required (10ml H2O solution), mostly on the outside of your butthole. There is a slight discomfort on the inside, but it quickly dissipates.
