Hi all Smile

My partner bought me a session in a sensory deprivation tank- something I've always wanted to try.

Long story short: my life at the moment feels like it needs some direction \ correction. I have brewed my first ayahuasca from MHRB and will be consuming it (with syrian rue tea) very soon. I am also hoping to start a regime of yoga and meditation.

I was hoping to get some suggestions on whether people think I should use the SDT before or after the ayahuasca experience?

Both have merit- using it before would allow me to get into a great headspace and reflect on what I want to achieve... but using it afterwards would provide an awesome space to reflect on what I learned.

Having never tried either (aya or SDT) I was hoping for input. Any advice or suggestions would be very much appreciated!

My best,

I love floating it's so amazing! I'd say why not both?! do it before hand and if you feel you really got something out of it, buy yourself a session afterwards!

I would say if you aren't limited to one session, both. Take each experience in your stride and use them both as a comparison.

If you are limited to one session, I would say go after. My head is always swirling with information gathered from hyperspace and a place totally secluded gives me time to weave the cosmic picture I couldn't see before! Big grin Thumbs up

Very happy

Both seems to be the overwhelming consensus!

I will report back with how I found the whole experience- thank you for the guidance, all.
