I am on prescription Modafinil and have not had any adverse reaction when I used Ayahuasca abroad.

I am on duloxetine 30mg. I am still able to breakthrough. although the trip only lasts a few minutes before i am back in my body. i get a really warm and electric feeling in the brain, an uncomfortable body load and extreme fatigue for a few days later. I guess this is related to seretonin/norepi uptake and down reg. Due to this i am shelving the spice until weened off the cymbalta/duloxetine.
It also interferes with psilocybin. I am only able to dose once a year with usual effects.
Otherwise i cannot peak and get a weird body load and a generally wired messed up head feeling.

but what about polydrug combos? I'm thinking of mixing around 10 inches of san pedro, 500 morning glory seeds, 3 datura inoxia, a bit of cannabis and maybe some yerba mate to increase visuals

how do you guys think itll turn out?

I wanted to share my own experience with the drug Seroquel \ Quetiapine.

I have been on a (relatively) low dose of 100mg per night of the standard release stuff.

It has pretty much nullified all psychedelics for me; I get no visuals with shrooms or acid. I've only tried changa, not pure DMT, but I *CAN* get low level CEV's and slight reality distortion with a good sized hit. However, I've never successfully broken through (ever)

HOWEVER, don't cry for me. I'm not dead yet. For genuine reasons my Doctor is weaning me off these meds. So I hold out hope that, some day, I will get to see what y'all see.

PS) I'm approachable and friendly, if anyone has any follow up questions about this medication. Discovering its cancelling effect on psychedelics really was a frustrating journey, so I'm here if anyone wants to know anything.
