I am a firm believer that anyone can perform these kinds of grafts with 95% or better success rate with a minimum amount of practice. But as they say, practice and consistency in practice makes perfect. I've taught children 5 years old how to do most of the grafts I've shown here so if children can do it with their hand eye dexterity being what it is... then adults should have no problems.
