I started an extraction A/B panoramix.

I had in my JAR, 150mhrb + 450ml vinegar acid + citric acid + little distilled water (ph=2)

I warmed the jar BUT this time the bottom broke so all my solution is now distilled in like 6-8 liter of tap water.

I begin to evaporate the water to get something like 1L left, then I imagine the error is fixed and I can begin to basic step ?

Yeah, you're good to go.

I put egg rings inn the bottom of my pots before warming vessels in heat baths on the stove. Stops this type of hiccup.

A couple green flat scrubbies work as well.

It's funny OP. I Did just the same thing yesterday warming up a jar. I left the burner on "Lo" (which is lower than 1 on this stove) and for some reason I forgot to put the scrubbie under when I decided to warm it up faster.


I heard a *PING* and realized what I did. I took a turkey baster and used it to suck everything out of the jar while holding it in place so the bottom didn't separate from the top while I did it.

Ah ah Orion I heard the same song then the water was almost not red, I thought well it's screw now but when I remove to jar I noticed it was a nice crack in one big piece and I could have achieve doing the way like you, well I'll call that experience for the next time i guess^^

Well, since I picked chemestry lab supply.

I was concern about reducing too much the solution (almost goo) but after first precip I got the crystals =)
